Character ardeth bayLocation the mummy
Description
Decided to do a 2nd try of this guy, since I wasn't too happy about the previous one (which is here: [link]).
Ardeth Bey (it's really Bay, isn't it? I like Bey better, so I use that
), character from "The Mummy".
Did some artistical freedom on his clothes and accessories. That's the Thomson he's holding, btw, for those who have seen "The Mummy Returns".
Pencils 2H to 3B, finished 01.02-05.
Done from a (small and crappy, as always) photo of Oded Fehr (the actor) and added the rest of the stuff (the glyphes and so on)

I think that of all the portraits I've seen here in your gallery so far, this one most faithfully captures the essence of the person. Incredibly well done, although I can't really say the first one of him wasn't unimpressive, either.
